I saw your comments over at Indiestartups and would like to carry on with the conversation. I understand your concerns with the current TOS and in fact I’m in the process of putting out more a detailed TOS.

As for your concern with scalability, Simplebucket utilizes Amazon S3 for hosting of our photos and so all the photos hosted through Simplebucket is running off Amazon’s infrastructure. That also helps out with content bandwidth and cost. 

I would love to see you use Simplebucket for your image hosting for your blog, like in this post, your Google App image is exceeding your column width, and you can easily upload the image to Simplebucket, and immediately get a number of size variations that you can just copy/paste the html code and you're done ;)
